In the refreshing pines of Alpinloch you will find this, what sim builders like to call, minimalist experimental house with upper floor supported by diagonal story and a half columns. A note has to be made that if you wish to remodel the floors, it will be necessary to build a wall and a half underneath to provide support since the columns are really decorative. Otherwise, this simple house is light and spacious with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Lots of outdoor living space provided on second floor balconies and pool area. A large number of sims can be comfortable here, so hopefully you will move some in!
