Introduction'Near The Beach', as the name may suggest, is a house that is meant to look like it is situated near to the beach, but not actually at the beach - kind of like a house that's just down the road from the beach or something. I hope I've stayed as faithful to this as I possibly could - it isn't always easy to stick to a style that's 'sort of like a beach house' with the limited options provided by EA/Maxis.
DetailsThis house is built on a 2x2 lot and costs £63,528. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and there is also space for your sims to do some gardening in the back garden. There is also a single garage. This house is No CC - no need to download any, and none is included.
