Second one in the series of family sized starter houses. This one is more compact as it can house up to three sims.

The house consists of kitchen, living/dining area, bathroom, two bedrooms (in the attic) and a basement (unfurnished). Outside there's a vegetable garden, garden shed and a small orchard. The lot is fully landscaped.






Attic with a sloped ceiling was build using cfe cheat and all the objects placed there are usable, just remember to place furniture at least half a tile off from the exterior walls when redecorating or they turn unusable due to inaccessibility.

House is built on 15x20 lot.
