Linslade Terrace

These are modern terraced housing (apartments in Simsspeak!) and was influenced by a new build not far from where I live.

There is a small children’s play area at the end of the terrace.

All the apartments have three floors, a kitchen/dining/living room, a small back garden and a terrace on the top floor. Each of the apartments has a slightly different layout. Because they are all different they will appeal to a wide variety of people, from families, to singles, and couples.

Working from the left:

Apartment 1
Mainly black
1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Ground floor: kitchen/dining/living room
1st floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom
2nd floor: party lounge

Apartment 2
Mainly yellow
2 bedrooms with an en suite to the master bedroom
Ground floor: kitchen/dining/living room
1st floor: 1 bedroom, more suited to a teenager, family bathroom
2nd floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Apartment 3
Mainly green
2/3 bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom
Ground floor: kitchen/dining/living room
1st floor: baby/toddler bedroom, office/3rd bedroom, family bathroom
2nd floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Apartment 4
Mainly red
2/3 bedrooms with a seating area in the master bedroom
Ground floor: kitchen/dining/living room
1st floor: lounge/bedroom, child’s room, family bathroom
2nd floor: master bedroom with a seating area

Apartment 5
Mainly blue
3 bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom
Ground floor: kitchen/dining/living room
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, suitable for children, family bathroom
2nd floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
