Nora-Blanche is idyllic and sufficiently large house, perfect for one family with one or two children. The house consists of: kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and garage. Outside is a nice garden where your sim can spend time playing chess with his friends or he/she can prepare something tasty on the grill.
House price is 58.538 and lot size is 2x2(Small size). Fully tested and works fine. (Pictures from house show examples how this house looks in concrete and lush neighborhood).
House is CC free...I used in it only driveway recolor for maxis driveway what is not included. EP's after Seasons does not automatically packaged this recolor in sims 2 pack.
