Landgraab Hall

Welcome, new residents, to Landgraab Hall. The latest addition to Sim University.



With plenty of rooms, and friendly staff, you'll enjoy your time here, regardless of how long you reside with us. Recreation rooms are available on every floor, so get out and enjoy some games or a movie with your fellow residents. There are also laundry facilities on each floor for ease of use. On the main floor, we have a meeting room for the R.A's, join us to voice your opinion on matters, and enjoy some karaoke afterwards (we hold karaoke night every Friday night after classes).



There are a couple different options to choose for rooms. You have the option of two rooms, or four. Both come with a television, sofa, and mini fridge in the main room for use with all roommates. Each bedroom has a bed, a desk, and a phone. If you choose two rooms, there is one bathroom, whereas with four, there are two bathrooms.



All residents are reminded to double check their checklists for any items they require to bring for their dorm room. Residents are also reminded that you are not allowed several items, including anything that does not have an auto shut off feature.

Payment for your dorm can be paid in two ways, in full on your day of move-in, or in payments to be made in advance of your move in date. Please check with the main office to confirm how you will be paying.

Please note, unless you really want a ton of sims residing here, I recommend either hiding some rooms, or removing the furniture from them.
