This hood was made for people who prefer smaller hoods than huge ones. There is also a room for a bridge and plenty of other neighbourhood decorations.



In my own personal game I use the small island as the run-down part of town, while I use the larger island for a more touristy area along with wealthier sims.
Just simply unzip into your SC4Terrains folder
