"Simone" is a house with history. It was formerly owned by the Rockford family, a family known for being "eccentric." People would come late at night, according to observant neighbors, and not leave until morning. One night a fire broke out, nearly burning the home to the ground. The Rockfords and their guests were presumed to have died in the blaze, but no bodies were ever discovered. The house has now been restored to its beautiful pre-disaster condition and can be yours for the right price. Don't let a little iffy history get in the way of owning this home! Includes four bedrooms, three full baths and two half-baths, two-car garage, formal living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, laundry, bonus loft space upstairs, large family room in the basement, swimming pool and hot tub.
