The kids are grown and the nest is empty. Time to get a smaller nest! This two-bed, one-bath home is all on one level (to save wear and tear on those arthritic knees) and is built on a small lot with no deciduous trees (no upkeep). Second bedroom is set up as a guest room for when the grandkids visit, but can be turned into anything your retired little heart desires. All appliances upgraded. Base game items only.
