"Base Game Plus" is a series of builds using only the base game plus one expansion pack. Expansion pack #3 is Late Night! I was really looking forward to this one because I love making apartments. In fact, I love making apartments so much that I made two entries for this one. Entry #1 is a two-bedroom, one-bath duplex that is cheap enough for one Sim to start out and grow. The left unit is set up for the player and the right unit is set up as NPC, but is completely furnished so it's easy to move into if you move or delete the lot markers. All appliances are upgraded and there is private backyard space with each unit.
