For the "Time" theme, I thought it would be perfectly fitting to include none other than the debut issue of Time magazine from March 3rd, 1923 totally simified. The image on the cover is actually a sim edited in photoshop, to make him appear as the best of my ability like the man on the debut issue of Time magazine. It also seems appropriate that I chose to make a texture replacement of Rat Race because the topics you can browse the magazine about are topics generally found in Time magazine as well. The one thing you should know about this is that the in game title and descriptions still are about Rat Race, I couldn't figure out really how to make those different. To get a Rat Race Time magazine debut issue, you must first go to a community lot with the magazine rack and purchase Rat Race, the magazine is found in your sim's inventory, and from there, they can put it into the real sim world and read. The magazine rack and Rat Race comes with the base game.
