Update: added outwear clothes for the elder sim

Here is all the clothing you'll need for your pregnant elder + the nude body and even the electrocuted body

if you want the teen pregnant clothes and body just search the word 'Pregnant' and you should find my post

Please tell me if you have any problem with those clothes

All should work with Sims 3 but 'efBodyEGPAdventureSafari' need World Adventure to work
