These three little trailers are just waiting to provide your starter sims with a charming little home. Two of the apartments feature a "walkout" back yard with a step-over boundary that lets your sim wander freely from their apartment to the common outside--and lets all other sims on the lot freely enter your apartment (without being invited in). If you don't want uninvited sims coming in and treating your stuff like common property, you can always lock the back door for household members only. One of those two trailers has a second bedroom. The third apartment has a fenced in back yard as is more typical of apartments in Sims2. It has stairs up to the roof, where your sims can party all night with all their friends.

The ponds has fish in it, but the good fishing spots are a bit tricky to find. Just keep trying and you will find where to click. There is a small common garden that each sublot can use as if it belonged to them. The landlord will help weed and care for the common garden.

There is a junker car off to the side that each sublot can choose to tinker with and get running like a proper car.

The hot tub sits under an awning, so those hot summer days are not so bothersome.

The lot has been playtested for several game days and seems to be working well. Here is the lot; individual trailers are shown close up in the other attachments.
