A Two tree, two bedroom talan for your woodelves and their growing families. Part of the Silvan City Set inspired by the woodelves of Greenwood from Tolkien's Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.

Ground floor contains only the bases of the trees and the bottom of the stairs to the first floor.

First floor - Kitchen Dining space.
Second Floor - Bathroom (only accessible from third floor.
Third floor - Main living area and bedroom with bunchbeds.
Fourth floor - Master bedroom.





Lot Size: 10 x 20 (Can be placed on larger lot or use a mod like awesome mod to create exact additional sizes.)

IMPORTANT: This lot was made using some objects from the Dragon Valley World and The Dukes of Bows Renaissance Fair It will work without these two large and expensive downloads (as the items are used for purely aesthetic purposes), but I do recommend them!
