Your hobbit sims do not longer have to live in a hole in the ground. Let them move into a true hobbit-like dwelling.

This is my third hobbit house - exclusively made for you MTS LotR-lovers out there. It's a Buckland hobbit home and therefore it looks a bit different from those in Hobbiton.



All rooms of the house are on groundlevel. From the main door your hobbit sim enters the entrance hall which leads to the fireside lounge. This room links to all other rooms - the bathroom on the left, the bedroom straight ahead and the kitchen on the right side. The back door of the house leads to the backyard where your sim could have a small vegetable garden, let his own pipe-weed grow or plant whatever he'd like to.

Even though I had a single hobbit sim in mind while creating it, this house also accomodates a couple if necessary.

The lot price for the unfurnished house is 23,733 $imoleons.
