My anniversary was this past weekend and my husband being the wonderful man that he is brought me to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Eureka Springs is a cute little town with quite a few Bed & Breakfasts and Victorian Architecture galore. I took all sorts of pictures as I walked around the small town and one little Victorian in particular caught my interest and it inspired me to create this cute little Victorian for your Sims. I have uploaded a picture of the original house (which sat right in the middle of a fork in the road) that inspired me to create Sunset Springs Cottage. I say inspired as I never recreate homes exactly as they are in real life. This home is on a 15x10 lot with 2 beds, 1 bath, eat in kitchen and everything has been furnished with the exception of one of the bedrooms. As always, I hope you and your Sims enjoy!
