Victorian style cottage in light violet with four bedrooms and three and a half baths, wraparound porch and ornamental pond.

First floor features master bedroom with en suite bath, living/dining room, kitchen, office/studio and a half bath for guests. Large porch wraps from front of the house to the right.
Second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with one single bed each, and the other as a nursery. One of the single bedrooms has a private balcony.

Fully landscaped yard features parking for two cars in front, a small pond, patio area with firepit and a space for a vegetable garden on the left side.
The pond doesn't have any fishing spots in it: you can either have your Sim stock it from inventory, or use snaitf's buyable fish spawners to create an active fishing pond. (As is, your Sim can fish in it, but there will be no visible fish swimming, and they won't catch as much).
