Here comes the next house to my Cottage series.
Tiny Blue Cottage is as the name suggests, a tiny blue cottage :P
There are little living-diningroom, a kitchen, tiny bathroom and 2 bedrooms+a little patio.
An guess what, it's a starter!!
The prize is 19408/13319 and the lotsize is 10x10.
This means you can place it to any existing lot in Sunset valley, and if you have patch 1.12/2.7/3.3 or higher, you can make it a 10x10 lot anywhere you want (just make sure it's flat).
Custom Content you need to download:
Raise the Roof! Then Put Down a Better One! 40 NEW Roof Colors! by QBUILDERZ at MTS (you only need Scalloped.zip)
Game requirements: Sims 3 Base game
