Introducing a complex of three blocks of dormitories each including at least three separate clusters of four en-suite bedrooms with a communal kitchen and dining area.

There are a total of 48 rooms each with their very own en-suite and 12 communal kitchen and dining areas. Each block has its own laundry facilities.

The rooms are spacious and include everything your sim needs to pass their course; a desk, a bookcase, a chest of drawers, a bin, a laundry basket and a bed to crash out on after a night of partying!

Each room and kitchen even includes a flat screen tv for those rainy days!

This lot has been constructed on a 60 x 40 plot. I used velocitygrass Add Any Lot Size to do this.
