Built at 1325 Grant Avenue in Sims University, this dorm has eight double-occupancy student rooms (in case some of you run mods that allow you to have more than eight Sims in a household). The second floor contains four bunk suites: two loft beds and a private bathroom per unit. The third floor contrains four double bed suites: four Murphy beds and one private bathroom per unit. University study items are placed on each floor. Parking spots provided if your student is lucky enough to head off to college with a vehicle; if not, there are bike racks out front. A small fenced-in garden offers all the fun University herbs your Sims love to throw in the bonfire. For the most festive parties, activate Partaeus Maximus and your guests are guaranteed to have a great time! All appliances upgraded (my Sim flunked out of college to do it lol). I suggest hiring a maid to contain the slobby coeds' messes.
