This three-story historic building was formerly the home of the Beauville family. Donated to the University by siblings Christopher, Marianne, and Alexander Beauville, it has been renovated to an eight-suite dormitory with private baths, library, gym, laundry room, and plenty of ways to relax and have fun. A small Butler's suite is available in the basement if you need help cleaning up after your coeds. All appliances upgraded.

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs, SPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed below, the game will replace them with comparable items. (Check out the list to see what was used where. You still may be able to download even if you're missing some things.)
