Hi guys! This is my first house I've posted here for Sims 3!



Abandoned Version



This house has all the necessities...and a little more, such as a library and cellar complete with wine making tools! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the second floor and one located in the attic. It also has 4 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor, 2 on the second and 1 on third. The third floor is also an attic type area.
It also comes with a second, more rundown version for all your apocalyptic, run-down, whatever needs!
