My last lot was in black and white only so this time I wanted to do something colorful
While surfing on google, waiting for inspiration to come, I found a picture of a house situated in Santorini (Greek island)
Since I really loved the house, I decided to reproduce it (with some light change though)
There are plenty of entry to the house.
The two first doors give access to the kitchen all in white in blue, those famous color the greece is known for.
From here you can acess to the living room with natural colors who give a quiet feeling. Perfect for a place where you can relax.
On the same story, there's also a bedroom and a little bathroom.
There is 3 stairs (one inside, two outside) to go to the second story where the master bedroom and his personal bathroom, with a maritime theme, is located.
The master bedroom also have a small terrace full of flowers.
A colorful hallway make the transition between this bedroom and an other smaller one.
Outside, on the same level, a little terrace was lay out to take sunbath or simply take a drink while chatting with friends.
A patio is located at the back of the house with a central fountain and plenty of blossoming bush.
From here, you can access the last room. A sort of little annex for a sims who want a more tranquillity than the other members of the family.
The house is fully furnished and decorated and is ideal for 6 familly members.
Fully tested and no problem encountered.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
Hello Everyone.
You can call me Tinu or Tinuleaf. I haven't been active here for a long time but i'm back in the sims community since few weeks. I don't create furnitures (aside from recolor paintings) or clothes. I don't have the skills for it thought I hope I can learn one day. For now I'm specialized in creating poses, sims, making pictures out of it and decorating mostly. I created few content (houses mostly) that you can download on my account here but it's very old. I made it back then when the game was still new...
Aside that, I'm french but I'm living in Germany and I mostly speak english (aside my mother language). Thought I'm aware that my English is far from being perfect because I still learn so sorry in advance for the mistakes I make here and there.
I'm actually in the process of remaking my website DecoCoon but you can visit me at Tumblr for now.
See you around
