Cherry Tree Cottage

It's been so long since I've done a more traditional build; everything for the last few months has had a definite modern/contemporary flare to it. I wanted to break out of that and do something different, so I came up with this. May I present to you, Cherry Tree Cottage; named after the 2 beautiful cherry trees that sit front and back of the lot.

Cherry Tree Cottage is a single-storey build. To the left of the entrance, you have the main living area where your sims can watch TV or simply read a book curled up by the fireplace. The kitchen/dining room is located through an archway directly opposite the entrance. next to the kitchen is the good-sized bathroom. The door at the end of the hallway leads to a children's bedroom, which will comfortably sleep 2 kids. Last but not least, you come to the master bedroom, which comes complete with it's own little seating area; perfect for taking time out to relax!


Being a country-style property, it seems only right that there is a good-sized, well maintained vegetable patch in the back yard. Fenced off, it is protected from any pets that might find it fun to dig up your sims prized veggies!
