The Mini Modern is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment-style house that comfortably sleeps 3 sims. With a furnished price tag of $127,673, it is by no means a starter house, despite what it's small stature may lead you to believe. No, the Mini Modern is for those sims who like the sleek, modern styles, but prefer a smaller house.


The ground floor level is largely taken up by the parking space, suitable for 2 cars. There is also a small storage area/workshop behind the entrance stairs. The entrance to the main house is through the door on the left, and up a flight of stairs.


On the 1st floor, you have a small, yet practically-designed open plan kitchen and living area. The first of the doors leads to the master bedroom, followed by the bathroom. There is also a children's bedroom to the other side of the bathroom, which could be turned into a study, if your sims aren't planning on starting a family anytime soon.
The wrap-around balcony is accessed by 2 glass doors by the living area, and steps down from this balcony leads you to the garden.


Once in the garden, you have a fully-functional BBQ area, with everything you need for the outdoor living experience. Just to the left of the BBQ/eating area is a good sized pool, perfect for those late-night pool parties!
