Little Bitty Starter

This starter house is small, yet perfectly formed. It has everything your sim needs to get started, plus some luxuries, all for under $20,000! With no EPs or SPs used, it is also base game compatible! Yes, this little bitty house really does have it all!


As you walk in, you come straight into the main living area. To your left is the eating/dining area, and to your right is the kitchen, with door leading out onto a small patio, where you have a picnic table and small BBQ. Next up in this open plan design is the living area, complete with TV, bookshelf, desk AND computer! Hey, who's to say your sims can't live well on a budget?! Finally, you have the spiral stairs, which lead you to the next floor...


Upstairs, you have a small landing, designed to maximize liveable space whilst still being efficient and functional. Directly opposite the stairs is the bedroom. Designed to be a single room, you could just about squeeze in a double bed, if the occasion called for it. Finally, the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, designed as an en-suite.
