So, this is a full scale replica of 555 California Street (Bank of America Building) in San Francisco, California. It is a total of 65 stories high, so in reality it is higher than the real building, which is 52 stores. I just made it taller because 52 stories made it look to stubby ;p Although I say the building is 65 stories high, It is actually 13 real "sim stores". I just used a program called The Sims 2 Grid Adjuster to stretch some levels several stories high to obtain a building containing levels of a certain number. All inhabitable, or "playable" levels are the still the normal one story high, so you can build on those levels and expect normal game play. Your sims could still play on the stretched levels, but the ceiling would be dozens of stores high above their head. BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS BUILDING: If you don't already have Numenor's Custom Walls Repository & Index installed in your game, There are download links provided. These are required so play the building, so make sure you read the install instructions tab!!! Also, a good camera hack with a wide zooming range is strongly recommended and a link is provided too.

Here is the real life version I modeled it to:

The ground floor lobby

This is the 65th floor. On it there are three office suites, bathrooms and a conference room. you can remodel the rest of the floor for space to sell real estate, or even apartments.
