Here are the notes taken by Clayton Carr (third Sim in my new Blue Water neighborhood) while he was looking at this house as a possibility:

modern, full of wood paneling, boring kitchen tile (needs upgrading), 3 bedrooms, master and private bath on first floor, nice sized pool, low maintenance landscaping (no shrubs to trim), huge second floor deck, family room opening onto deck, jacuzzi, definite maybe . . .

Hopefully you'll have a Sim who needs a modern, no cc house to upgrade.
