Featuring one bedroom, and one large bathroom, this house is great for successful singles, or couples. It has an office perfect for working from home, and if you later decide to add to your family, the office is easily converted to a second bedroom.



(Please note that while play testing, for some reason my sim was unable to use the chess set.



Downstairs next to the garage, there is a hobby room, perfect for whatever your sim would like. Here it's set up with a ping pong table, but it would be useful for someone who's into art, or anything else you set your mind to.
