Build on Plunder Cove island from Isla Paradiso, but can be placed on any 64x64 lot in other worlds, just add one where you want.

There are several different areas, such as the house itself, underground alchemist cabinet, vegetable garden, watchtower, and (without it simply can't be a good private island) small beach.



If you have Fowl and Feathers Chicken Coop it can be perfectly place near the vegetable garden.




Thoughtful and loving the loneliness Sims can relax on the island away from the city, but with full amenities.
