First I would like to state that this lot was flat. Having said that, the house is built on top of a hill rising above a forest of birch trees. The back of the house is all glass so that your sims will feel like they're living in the trees, except that the house is decorated all in red inside instead of green. The fence around the sun deck is a new mesh which is actually a ground level two tile window and costs only 20 simoleons each. Down the hill behind the house is a hottub among the birches. I hope your sims will think this is a super pleasant lot!
