Kingsbury hopes to have an appearance of old money luxury with its gabled roof, lush garden, and two car sideways garage. It's now on the market, unfurnished except for fixtures, for your Sims to decorate to suit themselves. There are two large bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, along with a small guestroom and bath downstairs. My test sim, Reyes Robles, used this room for poker. The kitchen is quite large with room for a table for two or three, and Reyes also put chairs around the island. There is an empty room for a pantry, another half bath, and a mud room entrance. As for the garage, you can use it to store cars, but they can't back out and drive away. I recommend moving the car manually to the driveway and then have your Sim drive. Reyes Robles has gotten a job in the medical career and begun furnishing his model of this house. Having fun! Hope you do too!
