Sometimes you want to establish a family and have limited options as to the outside, but you can do what you like with the inside. This is one of those houses. Cute with a nice garden and garage on the outside, inside is all modern and minimal with strong colors and a slight retro feel.



It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Good size livingroom with a door to an outside terrace with wicker chairs. The kitchen has a table for 4.



Notes:

1. The right Pantry by ShinoKCR in the kitchen is hiding the fridge, as it turns out you have to remove the Pantry for the fridge to work.
2. (I don't know if this house works as S3P file. It says there is no content following the file? Usually some things are detected by mts upload engine. This time it didn't find anything despite the fact that the S3P file is bigger than the package file. For that reason I don't believe it.) Apparently it doesn't include any CC, so I just deleted it.
