Contemporary relaxed house with 4 bedrooms on the upper floors and a nursery on the main floor. It has a pool and garage on the main floor.



I made a nice garden with a planted ceiling above the BBQ area with chairs, and a good size pool. This time I even bothered to put in a diveboard and stairs.



The main room in this house will probably be the this room open to the above. Here you can keep an eye on the kids playing above while you relax on the bench or pay your bills on the dining table. It's the center nerve of this house with the kitchen and livingroom on either side. The guest bathroom on this floor has room for a washer and dryer, but you can also put them in the upstairs bathroom. The nursery is on this floor in the corner via the kitchen.



I have included a conservatory by the pool on this house. I used cfe to build it, the forever twisted wall is hopefully not too obvious.

Files:
Package: I even installed the kitchen as package files, you can't do that. You have to install kitchen counters as sims3pack files or they will glitch. I didn't care that much about glitches as I would install it with sims3pack later. You have to reset some of the counters if you install the same kitchen. Just hammer the faulty counters and copy some good one's instead.
Sims3pack: Download the S3P file for the launcher installation. Everything is included.

Notes:
1. You may not fancy the windows on the above the main one's in the conservatory, just hammer them.
2. I have used cfe cheat on this house. Don't paint the ceilings unless you like tiles in unlikely places for no apparent reason.
3. Update: there seems to be a lot following each of the S3P files in this 5 house batch. I have uploaded a new file.
