After a long day fishing on the lake who wouldn't want to retreat to this rustic alpine lodge? Traditionally designed and styled, it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.



This house is based on a Michigan house featured in Elegant Homes Magazine, Fall 2005 (pictures included).




An outdoor shower and mudroom allow for easy clean up after a day on the lake. Craftsman-style details and a bright, cheerful interior make this house a stylish addition to your neighborhood.



This house is built on a hill to replicate lakeside terrain and in accordance to the floor plan pictured below. I have tried to balance realism with Sims 3 functionality in this lot to capture the aesthetic of the lake house while attempting to make the lot look natural in a Sims neighborhood. In order to decrease the slope that would be required at the back of the house if the front was flat, I decided to raise the front part of the lot to compensate. That's why the front lawn isn't flat. The resulting slope on the back lawn has been disguised with landscaping to the extent I felt appropriate.



Fully furnished. I apologize for the crappy reference photos, I had to take them with my phone's camera... This house uses custom content and some objects from expansion packs but they are not vital. I do recommend you get the country windows though. All CC is found below. Happy Fishing!
