Genteel Grace

In the forests of Arkansas rests this elegant family home. The house comfortably houses a family of 4 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (a 4th bedroom is used as a study).

Calming and classic, the house has a graceful flow inside and out. The outdoor living area is arranged for family picnics and late night fireside roasts.

It is a traditional home designed around traditional Southern values.

I've raised a Sim family in this house and found it quite practical and artistically pleasing. It's perfect for an active, growing family. There is a multilevel staircase in the main hall that causes some wonky physics but I have tried to make it look as natural as possible. The fireplaces in the great room and master bedroom share a chimney and are placed special-they can cause fires in their current placement and should be used with caution. You could probably get by without it if you so choose. Enjoy!
