This is the first in a series of three houses I'm building to replace the three condo style buildings in Sunset Valley. Of course you can place these houses anywhere, but I'm building them to match each other. This is the house on the 20x30 lot in the middle.
Three bedroom, 3.5 bath Craftsman style cottage. First floor features open plan kitchen/living/dining room, master bedroom with en suite bath, and a half bath for guests. Covered porches in front and back. Driveway for two cars.
There isn't much of a yard in back, because of the size of the lot, but there is plenty of yard space on the right. I'm replacing the community pool in back of this lot with a park :D

Second floor features two double size bedrooms, and two bathrooms, plus a desk nook. Both bedrooms are large enough to hold a double bed or two singles. One is furnished with two singles, and the other as a nursery.
