2 bed/2 bath modern starter with tons of patio space and a garden area. the architecture was a bit expensive this time around so there's not much for furniture beyond the bare necessities, though i did manage to squeeze in a bookshelf. tons of room to expand!

a point of interest on sunken areas: the game will give it and any connected areas (in this case the kitchen and walkway) outdoor lighting. this means that the lights won't kick on until about 9 PM and the room itself will always look a little different lighting-wise than the rest of the house with its fancy self-contained rooms. everything is in order, citizen. do not be alarmed.
