a nice, comfortable, expansion-friendly ranch that can sleep 4+ sims. it comes with two bedrooms big enough to fit double beds, but the living room or study/activity room could easily be converted into a third bedroom or nursery, plus a huge backyard to build into to accommodate ridiculous legacy family demands like rocket ships and observatories.

get together is required for the windows and city living is used for the bed and bedroom lamp. you can replace them with base game versions with ease, but there's no guarantee it'll stay at starter price.
