A really, REALLY dumpy apartment building. I modelled it off of some buildings that I spotted in Saints Row the Third. I was hitting a guy dressed as a Luchador in the crotch with a rocket launcher at the time. Fond memories.

Each of the 6 apartments has the same layout - open floor downstairs, tiny corridor upstairs, leading to a bedroom and a bathroom. They're all furnished differently. The last apartment is a public pace, where your neighbors can play Don't Wake The Llama or darts, with a coffee table spot for the weekly pizza.

To rent a furnished apartment, you must use a cheat:
1. Open cheatbox and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true.
2. Press the shift key and hold it down while right-clicking on the door of the apartment you want to rent.
3. Choose "rent furnished apartment". All the furniture and deco will appear and be yours to move around/sell.
4. You can now turn the cheat off, by typing boolprop testingcheatsenabled false.

Otherwise you will only be able to rent them unfurnished, save for kitchen fixtures and bathroom facilities.

While there is no cc included or necessary, there are two mods that will let you make the best of the limited space: Simbiology's Use Inaccessible Beds, and Targa's SupaFridge. That way double beds can be put against a wall for extra three tiles of space, and the small fridge can replace a counter. I really reccommend them.

It's been playtested and checked for the Super Duper Hug bug. The rent ranges from $923 to $969. It was shrunk with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster.
