Big Loft (based on a real house)

Gameplay has been tested on this lot. Sims had some trouble raking all the leaves, so I rearranged the landscape to fix it. Also, the bathroom mirror can't be used, use the one upstairs instead.

The Big Loft is one of the many tiny house designs that had origin when the Tiny House Movement started to bloom. Now you can have it on your game. You can find the blueprints for this specific design here.

As usual, I made some changes, so this isn't a 100% replica of the blueprints. Namely, there were 4 doors on the 1st floor (2 single and 2 double); now there's 2 doors and 2 double windows. Also, this time around there was no reference for the outside look so I did some improvisation.
Having the trashcan on the bathroom as shown on the blueprints would block the shower, so I added a trash compactor to one of the kitchen counters instead. Did some changes to the dinning area as well. I also replaced the upstairs double bed with an office are 'cause I thought having a bed out in the open like that would be weird. Even my sims like to have their own privacy.

Due to MTS uploading policy, all the unused item's recolors were removed from the .package files.
