Gameplay has been tested on this lot. If you remove the invisible fences your sim(s) will walk through weird humanly impossible places, but as long as you have the fences all works well.
A caravan with an RV, built on a 10x21 lot. There’s two versions, an unfurnished one (§15,183) and another with furniture (§22,022), that will require all the cc from the unfurnished version, plus the furniture cc’s. Both will require Pets if you want your RV to have the steering wheel (if you don’t have Pets you can use this Cart Wheel as an alternative) and Late Night for the seats on the living-room area (if you don’t have LN you can use the Sectional Seat as an alternative). The invisible fence is placed on the floor all around the vehicle to address routing issues; if you remove it, your sims will walk across the pull factor and the stairs’ ramps. An easy way to find where the fence is located is to paint the floor outside the caravan and see where the painting stops (you can see on the screenshot how I did it with red paint).
Warning! A considerable amount of cc was used to make this. If your game can’t handle any more cc, this might not be right for you. Also, the trashcan and mailbox might end up on a random place outside the caravan when you place the lot on your world; if that happens, you'll need to manually move them to their proper place (you might need to activate "moveobjects" to place the trashcan on right place).
Both the unfurnished and the furnished versions have 2 file formats for you to choose from: a standard .sims3pack and a .package for those of you who either have issues installing things through your launcher or the ones that just convert everything like I do. You only need one of them.
None of the following cc was included, either on the .sims3pack or on the .package, you'll have to download and install everything yourself.
The only exception is a flipped version of the Bathroom Origami Mirror that Pilar created specially for the caravan and that will also be on the .zip folder as both .sims3pack and .package.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
I'm an amateur TTRPG game designer and worldbuilder. I'm also a queer neurodivergent aphantasic daydreamer, who struggles with mental illness, which makes activities such as writing and role-playing a bit more challenging since I have a limited number of spoons.
