Gameplay has been tested on this lot. For some reason, sims would whine about using the easel even though no cheats had been used to place it down. so I fixed the issue by moving the easel to a different tile. Also, don't forget to search for the journal in the porch each day. It may be easy to miss depending on which angle you're using to play (since the fences might block its view).

The mansion was inspired by the Country Collection and is suited for a family with a dog.
Things you should know about the previews owners: they loved plants, poultry and the color green.

The outside of the house has, among other things, a stream, a car, a dog house and several fruit trees (one of each).


The first floor has a kitchen and dinning area and a more leisure area, with spaces for sims to educate themselves by reading, listening to/playing music, singing or just sharing stories in front of the fireplace.


As you arrive on the second floor, you'll find yourself on a leisure area, perfect for some fun time investing in your hobbies or playing darts. There's also a bathroom and bedroom with a study area, leading to both balconies.


Please note that this is an expensive lot. You can easily lower its price by selling some plants or outdoor lamps (each window has a thread of lights on top of it, except for the diagonal ones).
