I have become very oldschool eventually: I prefer SimCity 4 to Simcity 2013, and I prefer the Sims 3 to Sims 4. Nostalgia is a sure sign of growing old. Anyway, every time I played SimCity 4, I felt an irresistible urge to build / recreate the SC4 lots in the Sims, especially because these tiny little lots on the pixellated screen looked so carefully detailed, designed with a kind of personality that you could guess what type of sims lived there, their lifestyle, family life, etc. I especially loved the low-wealth starter zones of SC4: instead of the usual prettiness and shininess of the Sims homes, they showed garbage, low-budget solutions, industrial decorations, even dirt. So at last they are in my Sims 3 game: the commercial lots that are usually built on the first zones of SimCity 4, the Honest Carrie's Used Cars, and the Gustav's Knicknacks & Gewgaws.

Honest Carrie's Used Cars:
- I built it using the grocery shop rabbithole from the University EP, so technically in Sims 3 it's a 0-24 grocery's because, sadly, cars cannot be bought here. There is an inventing workbench inside the car dealership office.
Lot size: 40 x 40
Price: 47,757

Gustav's Knicknacks & Gewgaws:
- I set it to a consignment store (Ambitions EP), with a storing garage and a small office.
Lot size: 20 x 30
Price: 50,078

No CC used on either lots. Both of them are playtested.
University and Ambitions EPs are essential, but I used objects / decorations from World Adventures, Late Night, Seasons, Generations, Showtime and Island Paradise, too.

Lot Size: 20x30
Lot Price (furnished): 50, 078
Lot Price (unfurnished): 31, 686
