The house has 3 bedrooms, each with private bath, large kitchen with island, formal dining for 6, cozy living room with fireplace, large, airy foyer with grand piano, in deck pool (made possible by Niol) long driveway, natural landscaping (some shrubs may not be trimmable by Sims, sorry), cheerful study, and large deck and patio for outdoor activities.
