Hey guys! I decided to create this 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern style single-family home with a kitchen, dining, and living room combination. This house features an open floor plan, with plenty of space for your sim's growing family! It is fully furnished and decorated to the best of my ability - it should only need a few of your sim's homely touches :o) I hope you guys enjoy this house as much as I do!
