I know I know, three futuristic homes pretty much in a row! As you can tell by my avatar, I love futuristic things. So it's not a surprise that I'm finding it fun to make futuristic homes. I made two a while back around when ITF came out, but I've definitely acheived the ITF look better than before. When you got something, it just makes it more fun.

And I've looked at a lot of Oasis Landing homes made by players... there doesn't seem to be many of them. Or, at least, a lot are on the exchange. So I figure I can help you all who prefer not to download through there and prefer little to no CC.

This house is similar in price to my first one, though somewhat cheaper! I also didn't use the CC windows, so that may be a plus for some of you.

I had fun with using the concrete walls in my first home, and I utilized them again in a different way! It gives the illusion of three floors in the back and two in the front. I really am obsessed with foundation basements. You get extra room without adding another floor and don't get the 'blackness' that you do in regular basements (you could still add a true basement if you'd like, you could easily make it accessible with the ITF elevator).

So, this house has three bedrooms, one of which is a nursery. I added a gym, large, sprawled out study area in the basement with a pool table, and of course a lab in the basement.
