I made another futuristic home! The home is smaller this time, so sims with a bit less money could afford this, but it's still quite a pretty penny! I love all the large porches I have on this house, and the pool on the second story looks quite different, I love the windows on the pool, kind of like what I did when I made the futuristic gym. I usually add a study, but I didn't this time. Instead, I made a game room/music room, but you could change things around if it's important for you to have a study area.
