I had lots of fun making this house. It took a bit to understand how to futurize the architecture, but I think it worked out . This home is large, with four bedrooms (double bedroom, master bedroom, child's bedroom, and a nursery with two cribs), a family room and a living area, as well as another seating area near the laser rhythm-a-con. There is a study in the basement as well, and a lab room. I added a few skill objects from other ep's too (as stated in the ep requirements).

I placed it here (because the lot I placed it on and built wasn't completely flat. It could probably work fine elsewhere, but you may need to edit the terrain a bit). Don't forget to switch the lot type to 'own able lot' after you place it so your sims can buy it.
