Wavera: Pool and Cafe (pool for Oasis Landing)

I really don't like the default pool that came with Oasis Landing, so I decided to create a replacement. I did like how there was more to the pool place than just swimming, so I decided to add that in my own pool lot. This lot has a pool area, as well as a cafe area on the roof.

I placed this lot where the original pool was, but I faced it toward the main road, mainly due to the default path facing the other side of the entrance on the default pool building. Some of the path is off the lot, therefore I can't delete it :/. You should see what I mean when you place this lot. I don't think it's a big deal, however.

I really love the ITF elevators. They don't take up a lot of room, and with them sims can zip up the floors. So I placed two of them so your sims will never have to wait to go upstairs. I added the bathrooms in the basement (since the building doesn't have much room, and it has so much windows), but with the ITF elevators, they will get down there quickly. Since I used the all in one bathrooms, they can shower too .

This lot is perfect for a pool party! They can swim and they can game, and your party won't be considered a bummer since they can eat if they're hungry.


Let me know if there's an OL community lot you'd like me to make, and I will try to get around to making it. I have a few in mind already .
